We love what we do and it shows. Phyllis Kauffman started in the agency business because building memorable memories with her family become a priority since they rarely saw her husband during High School footbal season. Her teaching skills kicked in with Brides and Grooms when she began helping groups travel and brides & grooms with their Destination Weddings, and that is when she found her true passion. Later John Kauffman, her husband, moved to Junior High School coaching to watch their boys play sports and soon become a travel agent after Phyllis. After 26 years of teaching High School math, with over half those years working two full time jobs with the agency, Phyllis retired from teaching. Her passion teaching math to students lead her passion to guide brides in the right direction so they can reach their dream destination weddings and/or honeymoons. With more than 15 years of experience and 6 agents, we know our industry and love working with our clients. There’s no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every client we create dream packages for whether its a destination wedding, honeymoon, graduation, group or Europe trip. All our clients are very special to us! We have 1 Luxury expert training every 2 weeks so we can continuously train and increase our knowledge on how to service our clients the best during pandemics and learn about the best resorts and destinations including Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and more. Travel knowledge is like education, changes occur all the time in travel and we are there to help our clients know how to travel, how to make the best use of their time and to be safe just like we do in the States.
